1. Requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to churches that are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. Beyond these parameters, Dr. Rainey does not base his decision to grant a speaking request based on the size of the congregation or honorarium. The information on church size is requested to give him a better idea of how to address the audience.
